About Us

Experience You Can Trust, Since 2008

I began carpet cleaning in 2008, when a friend purchased a carpet cleaning business and asked me to help him out. Within a couple of weeks I had signed a full time contract and did multiple courses through the IICRC. After 7 years working with him, I made the move from Victoria to Queensland and began working with another carpet cleaning company. After multiple role changes and promotions in another 7 year period, I decided to start my own business, with the goal of having a bit more time freedom to spend with my wife and 4 kids.

Our Vision & Mission

The carpet cleaning industry doesn’t have any governing body, which allows anyone to call themselves a professional carpet cleaner. I have spent many years going through multiple courses to become a properly qualified technician through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning Restoration Certification). I believe in providing quality work at an affordable price, while improving the quality of your floors or upholstery and providing a more comfortable and healthier environment for your sanctuary.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to vacuum first?
No. Although it can be helpful, we will always vacuum first.
The drying process relies on some key factors, such as inside temperature, airflow and fibre type. Some fibres have a larger capacity to hold moisture than others and therefore can take longer to dry. Typically, 4-6 hours is a general dry time, but please allow up to 8-10 if weather and drying conditions aren’t ideal.
